Terms & Conditions

Terms and Conditions for Monthly Subscriptions with EPC.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By subscribing to our monthly service, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Subscription

You will be billed on a monthly basis for the subscription fee on the 1st of each month.
Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless cancelled by you via email. If you want to cancel email info@e-p-c.co.uk

3. Payment

Payments will be processed using the payment method linked to classforkids which is through stripe.
If you miss a payment this will be added onto your next monthly subscription. This is called a covering payment. We will also add on a £10 admin surcharge.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time.
Cancellation requests must be made before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the next month.

5. Refunds

We do not offer refunds for partial months.
Refunds may be provided in accordance with our refund policy.
We do not offer refunds if you have haven’t sent in email confirmation of your cancellation request.
If you email a cancellation request and it’s missed by the EPC team we will ensure your refunded for the monies owed comes back to you in full. We will ask for proof of email sent.

6. Changes to Subscription

We reserve the right to change subscription terms, including pricing, with prior notice inline with the sessions your child(ren) attend.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your subscription for violation of these terms.

8. Privacy

Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy.

9. Content

You agree not to share or distribute any proprietary content provided through the subscription.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our service.
