Camp notes

EPC is looking forward to welcoming your child to our February Football Fun Week! 🏆


Here is a check list for you to ensure your child has all the right information & things for the day. 📝 


Lunch & Drinks: Please ensure your child has plenty of fluid and a packed lunch. Our camps are a NO NUT zone. No fizzy drinks please. There is a water fountain to refill drinks but please pack extra water as it’s a fair trip away from the pitches. 🥪🥜❌


Footwear: The forecast is looking wet for some of the week so we expect to be inside for parts of the week. Please ensure players have the correct footwear for indoors use if we do have rain. We also have some Futsal planned and players will need trainers for this and not studs. ☔️ 



Clothing: Please ensure all players have a rain coat incase we have showers. Players are able to bring an extra pair of clothes to change into if they get wet and use the school changing rooms to get changed. Also please ensure players are dressed appropriately for the weather conditions. 👕



Shin pads: The EPC coaches advise all players to wear shin pads during all sessions. Players that don’t do so at own risk. ❌



Sign in & sign out: Please head to the sports hall when you arrive to meet one of the EPC coaching team who will sign your child(ren) in on classforkids. Once players have dropped bags in the sports hall they will head out to the 3G. ✅ 



For sign out parents may meet us at the astro where we will let each player individually leave with a parent or guardian. Please ensure to tell us if your child is going home with another family member. 🏡



Toilets: Players will be able to use the toilets in the changing rooms. This is just outside the sports hall. Players will be sent in small groups. 🚽



End of day presentation: This will take place right at the end of the day and our coaches will be handing out trophy’s for player of the days plus other prizes. Players who win these awards will be uploaded to our socials. Any player who is not able to feature in this photos please let a member of the team know when you arrive for drop off and ensure you have ticked NO to consent via class4kids.🏆

Bookings: If your child is booked onto an EPC fun week and you FAIL to turn up for your child’s booking and you haven’t paid you will still need to pay for the space unless agreed with a member of the EPC Team. No refunds are issued for players who do not turn up. 👎
